((Arab Sea)) Translations: A recent study has revealed that people who drink coffee in the morning are less likely to die, compared to those who do not drink it. The study, published in the "European Journal of Cardiology," showed that the timing of daily coffee consumption has a significant impact and health benefits on the body. Researchers found that enjoying coffee in the morning may provide health benefits compared to distributing its consumption throughout the day. The researchers conducted their study on more than 40,000 adults in the United States, and discovered two distinct patterns of coffee drinking: people who drink coffee before noon, and those who drink coffee throughout the day. 36 percent of participants were classified as drinking coffee in the morning, while 14 percent of participants drank coffee throughout the day. The research team, led by experts from Tulane University in the United States, tracked participants in a decade-long study, and during the study period, approximately 4,295 participants died. After analyzing the results, the researchers found that morning coffee drinkers were 16 percent less likely to die compared to non-coffee drinkers. The study also showed that morning coffee drinkers were 31 percent less likely to die from heart disease. The researchers did not observe any decrease in the risk of death among coffee drinkers throughout the day compared to those who do not drink it at all. Researchers' interpretation The researchers said that consuming larger amounts of coffee was significantly associated with a reduced risk of death, but only among those who drink coffee in the morning compared to those who drink it throughout the day. Dr. Lu Qi, the lead author from Tulane University in Louisiana, said: "Given the effects of caffeine on our bodies, we wanted to know if the timing of coffee drinking affects heart health." He continued: "This is the first study to examine coffee drinking timing patterns and their impact on health outcomes." Lu Qi explained: "This study does not explain why drinking coffee in the morning reduces the risk of death from heart disease, but one possible explanation is that consuming coffee in the afternoon or evening may disrupt the circadian rhythm and hormone levels such as melatonin, which in turn leads to changes in cardiac risk factors such as inflammation and blood pressure." For his part, Professor Thomas Lüscher, from the Royal Brompton and Harefield Hospital in London, advises drinking coffee in the morning hours, warning that drinking coffee throughout the day causes sleep disturbances.
