Arabian Sea - Yemen - Follow-ups: The delegation of the Yemen national under-23 football team arrived in Al-Mukalla on Friday evening, coming from Seiyun, to begin the third phase of the internal preparation camp, as part of the intensive preparation program for participation in the qualifiers for the AFC U-23 Asian Cup. The delegation was received upon its arrival in Al-Mukalla by the Director General of the Youth and Sports Ministry Office in the Hadramout Coast, Hassan Saleh Masjadi, the Secretary-General of the Football Association Branch in the Hadramout Coast, Lotfi Awad Al-Haddad, and the President of the Sports Media Federation in the Hadramout Coast, Fadi Haqqan, who welcomed the technical and administrative staff and the players, stressing their keenness to create a suitable atmosphere for the success of this stage of preparation, in order to contribute to raising the readiness of the national team and presenting an honorable image of Yemeni football in the upcoming continental entitlement. The national team will conduct training sessions in Al-Mukalla on the approved stadiums, in addition to a number of trial matches, according to the technical program prepared by the technical staff led by the national coach Amin Al-Sunaini, with the aim of raising the rate of physical fitness and enhancing harmony between the national team's elements, after the conclusion of two preparatory stages in Marib and Seiyun. The national team is scheduled to compete in the continental qualifiers within Group C, which will be hosted by Vietnam from September 3 to 9, and also includes the teams of Singapore and Bangladesh.
