Arab Sea - Reports: A security source said that clashes stopped after the Hazm 4 Battalion was removed from the Immigration and Passports building in the past few hours, after military police forces took control of the passport building in the Khor Maksar district of Aden. Gunfire was heard in the vicinity of the building before the military police forces were able to take control of the headquarters and remove the previous force, at a time when tension still prevails in the area. In the first statement by Abu Zara'a al-Mahrami after ending the mutiny in the passport authority that occurred in the passport building. He said, "We categorically refuse to tolerate any party seeking to destabilize security or rebel against state directives." He added, "We will not allow any rebellion against the directives issued, and dealing with these parties will be firm and forceful." He stressed that the law will be firmly applied to anyone who dares to undermine security. He warned against getting involved in any act that disrupts stability or tampers with public tranquility. Meanwhile, fears remain of renewed confrontations, in light of the continued state of division and overlap between the various security and military units, which has directly affected the work of service institutions in the city.
