Arabian Sea - Yemen - Follow-ups: Emergency maintenance and opening of roads damaged by heavy rains continue in Al Mahwit Governorate, carried out by teams from the General Corporation for Roads and Bridges. The director of the corporation's branch in the governorate, Engineer Ahmed Al-Yanai, explained that the field teams were able to open the Al-Mahwit - Bani Saad road after rockfalls and soil erosion led to its closure, while treatment and maintenance work continues on the Al-Mahwit - Al-Qanawis road as a result of rockslides and landslides that hindered traffic. According to the Yemeni News Agency "Saba", he pointed out that the work is currently focused on removing waste and securing roads for vehicle traffic, stressing the continuation of efforts until the completion of the necessary technical treatments. Al-Yanai called on citizens to exercise caution while traveling on these roads, pointing out that these works are supported and funded by the Road Maintenance Fund.
