Arabian Sea - Yemen - Follow-ups: The security director of Al-Taiziyah District in Taiz Governorate, Lieutenant Colonel Abdullah Al-Naqeeb, was killed today, Thursday, as a result of the explosion of an explosive device placed in his car. Security sources stated that the explosion occurred suddenly while Al-Naqeeb was passing in his car on Jamal Street in the center of the city, which resulted in his immediate death, while the identity of the perpetrator of the attack remains unknown until this moment. This incident comes in light of the escalating state of security chaos in the city of Taiz, which raises increasing fears of repeated targeting of security and military leaders in the governorate.
