President El-Sisi Heads to Saudi Arabia to Strengthen Strategic Partnership and Regional Consultation Cairo – Arab Sea: President Abdel Fattah El-Sisi is heading today from Cairo to the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia at the invitation of his brother, Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud, in an official visit that reflects the depth of the historical relations between the two countries and the desire of the two leaderships to enhance bilateral cooperation. The official spokesman for the Presidency of the Republic, Ambassador Mohamed El-Shennawy, explained that the scheduled talks in NEOM city will address supporting the strategic partnership between Cairo and Riyadh on the political, economic, and developmental levels, in addition to continuous consultation on regional and international issues of common interest. Ambassador Mohamed El-Shennawy pointed out that the meetings will address the developments of the war in the Gaza Strip, and the files related to Lebanon, Syria, Sudan, Libya, and Yemen, in addition to the security of the Red Sea, reflecting the keenness of both sides to coordinate positions and unify efforts to maintain regional security and stability. Analysis – Strategic: The visit comes at a sensitive time when the region is witnessing accelerating challenges, and reflects the commitment of Cairo and Riyadh to activate strategic coordination in the files of security, energy, investment, and development, which enhances the position of the two countries as pivotal players in the stability of the Middle East.
