Arab Sea - Follow-ups: Aden Refineries Company denied the validity of the news and images circulating on social media, which claim the start of operations of the production units in the company, confirming that this news is incorrect and was not issued by any official body in the refinery. The company clarified in an explanatory statement that the current refinery management, since taking over the leadership, has been working hard to restart the refinery, noting that thanks to the efforts of engineers, technicians and workers over the past years, the vacuum distillation and asphalt production units have been prepared, and final arrangements are currently underway to operate them. It added that work is continuing day and night to rehabilitate a small crude oil refining unit, stressing that as soon as the rehabilitation work is completed and crude oil is provided, operations will begin, God willing. Aden Refineries Company called on everyone not to circulate any news about the refinery before verifying its authenticity through reliable official sources, which include the refinery's website, or what is published by the Public Relations and Media Department of the company.
