Arab Sea - Follow-ups: President Ali Nasser Mohammed received at his residence today a number of academic and diplomatic figures from Egypt and China, including writer, journalist, and human rights activist Professor Khaled Al-Kilani, Professor Ahmed Anwar, Professor of Hebrew Studies at Ain Shams University, and Ms. Hedia Rein from the Belt and Road Initiative Center in China, in addition to Ambassador Ismail Al-Numan and Ambassador Mohammed Al-Sindi. During the meeting, they discussed the historical relations between Yemen and both Egypt and China, and reviewed the milestones of joint cooperation. President Ali Nasser praised the great support provided by the People's Republic of China to Yemen, both North and South, most notably the implementation of the Hodeidah-Sanaa road and the Abyan-Shabwa-Hadramout-Al-Mahra road, which exceeds a thousand kilometers in length, in addition to the establishment of textile factories in Aden and Sana'a, and other development projects. At the end of the meeting, the President presented copies of his book "Memory of a Nation: Aden and the World" to his guests, while Ms. Hedia Rein presented a commemorative shield to President Ali Nasser Mohammed, in appreciation of his efforts, on behalf of the Belt and Road Initiative.
