Arabian Sea - Yemen - Follow-ups: The Yemeni government welcomed the Lebanese government's decision to confine weapons and the decision of war and peace to the state, considering it a long-awaited fundamental step towards restoring national sovereignty. Minister of Information Muammar Al-Eryani said that this decision constitutes a real break from the "state within a state" system that Hezbollah has imposed for decades, which has dragged Lebanon into political and economic crises and futile wars that have burdened the Lebanese people and harmed their security and livelihoods. Al-Eryani explained that the party's weapon has never been a weapon of resistance, but rather a tool to impose internal hegemony and implement an Iranian agenda, pointing out that the recent events in southern Lebanon have shown its inability to protect itself. The minister also recalled Hezbollah's role in supporting the Houthi militia's coup in Yemen by sending experts and providing media support from Beirut, calling on the Lebanese government to stop all forms of support and facilitation for the Houthis, and to close their media platforms, especially the "Al-Masirah" channel. He affirmed that the Yemeni government will follow up on this file at the regional and international levels, in defense of its national security and in rejection of any external support for the coup militias.
