Abyan ((Arabian Sea)) Special: Yesterday afternoon, armed men, at gunpoint, intercepted a "Coaster" bus with license plate number 3/42915, carrying 36 workers from Al-Wahda Cement Factory in Batis after their shift ended. The attack occurred at the same location that witnessed a shooting incident last week targeting the factory bus, which resulted in the injury of two workers, one of whom is in critical condition and still receiving treatment. According to information, the gunmen forced the workers off the bus and took it towards Wadi Asilan, in the third incident of its kind in less than two months, as part of a series of attacks targeting the factory, its employees, and its property. An official source at Al-Wahda Cement Company - Batis expressed surprise at the continuation of these attacks amid unjustified silence from the local authorities and security agencies. The source added: "We hold the government, the Presidential Leadership Council, and public opinion accountable, and we demand that urgent measures be taken to protect the factory's workers, staff, and property from the recurrence of such attacks."
