Special - Hadramout A number of areas in the city of Mukalla, the capital of Hadramout Governorate, witnessed popular protests to denounce the deterioration of the electricity service in light of rising temperatures, with the advent of summer. In their chants, the protesters expressed their anger at what they called the "failure and inability of the government" to develop radical solutions to the electricity problem, which recurs every year with the advent of summer and rising temperatures.
