Full text of the statement "Condemnation and solidarity issued by the youth of Tarim stationed at the points of honor and dignity With great sadness and sorrow, we, the loyal youth of Tarim, stationed in the fields of honor and dignity, followed the heinous crime that claimed the life of the young man Mohammed Saeed Yadin on Thursday morning, as a result of a direct bullet fired by a security member in the city of Tarim, in a shocking and painful scene that shakes the human conscience and violates the most basic human rights to life and peaceful expression. This crime was not an isolated event, but rather the result of an accumulation of deliberate security neglect and mismanagement in the city of Tarim, and repeated abuses committed by security leaders and members without deterrence, amid clear disregard by the authorities responsible for evaluating performance and addressing accumulated imbalances. We, the youth of Tarim, strongly condemn and reject this repressive security approach that turns security agencies from entities to protect the citizen into a source of threat to his security and safety, and we consider that what happened today is a dangerous turning point that cannot be ignored. Accordingly, we hold full responsibility for each of: Members of the Presidential Leadership Council Prime Minister Mr. Salem bin Brik Minister of Interior Major General Ibrahim Haidan Governor of Hadramout Mr. Mabkhout bin Madhi Undersecretary of Hadramout Governorate for Valley and Desert Affairs Mr. Amer Saeed Al-Amri Director of Security of Wadi Hadramout Brigadier General Abdullah bin Habish And we demand that they bear their full responsibilities and work immediately and urgently on: 1. Changing the entire staff of the Tarim Security Department without delay. 2. Changing the Director General of Tarim District immediately. 3. Opening an urgent, independent and transparent investigation into the assassination of the martyr Mohammed Yadin. 4. Holding accountable everyone who is proven to be involved or negligent in this crime or other abuses. We also announce our absolute and unlimited solidarity with the family of the martyr Mohammed Yadin, and we affirm that the honorable people of Tarim will not accept the continuation of this repressive approach, and that options are open to the people of the city in the event that the just demands are not met, and that the street today is tense, and silence is no longer an option. May God have mercy on the martyr Mohammed Saeed Yadin, and grant him spacious gardens, and inspire his family and relatives with patience and solace."
