Arabian Sea - Yemen - Reports: The security services and the Industry and Trade Office in Al-Shoaib Directorate carried out a comprehensive field campaign today targeting the public street in Al-Awabel city to control the prices of food and consumer goods, coinciding with the decrease in foreign currency exchange rates. The campaign was led by the Director of Security of the Directorate, Major Abdulaziz Al-Jaafari, and the Director of the Industry and Trade Office, Rafiq Al-Arimi, where a number of price violations were detected in commercial stores, and legal measures were taken against the violators. The campaign also issued official warnings to some merchants, in a step aimed at stabilizing the local market and ensuring the protection of consumer rights, which contributes to alleviating the economic burden on citizens in light of the current circumstances.
