Hadramout ((Arabian Sea)) Special: The Arabian Sea newspaper learned from its own sources that a number of sheikhs and dignitaries of Hadramout Governorate, through the authority of the tribes of Hadramout, submitted an official letter to His Excellency Dr. Rashad Muhammad Al-Alimi, Chairman of the Presidential Leadership Council, regarding the critical conditions the governorate is experiencing, foremost of which is the deterioration of services and the continuation of the administrative vacuum resulting from the ongoing conflict between the parties of the local authority. According to the sources, the letter included a call for the Chairman of the Leadership Council to intervene urgently to put an end to this deterioration and end the division, stressing in their letter that the administrative vacuum is negatively affecting the lives of citizens and threatening the stability of the governorate. The letter pointed to the nomination of Professor Essam Habrish Al-Kathiri to assume the position of Governor of Hadramout Governorate, due to his competence and administrative experience, stressing that his nomination came with the consensus of a number of tribal and social leaders from various districts of the governorate, in appreciation of his previous role in leading the governorate and defending the issues of its people. The signatories concluded their letter by appealing to the Chairman of the Presidential Leadership Council to quickly take the appropriate decision to preserve the interest of Hadramout and unity, warning that the continuation of the current situation may lead to further tension and deterioration in various fields.
