Yemen: Houthis besiege the house of the head of the General People's Congress party in Sanaa.

Local sources in the capital Sana'a said that crews and armored vehicles belonging to the Houthi group have been besieging the house of the head of the General People's Congress party allied with them, Sadiq Amin Abu Ras, since yesterday, Saturday, amid a heavy deployment of gunmen in the neighborhood and neighboring houses, according to "Yemen Future." The sources added that the Houthi forces have tightened their security measures around the house in the past hours, amid fears of a possible raid or arrest against the most senior figure in the General People's Congress party wing in Sana'a allied with the group. The development comes as the Houthi group continues to kidnap the party's Secretary-General, Ghazi Ahmed Mohsen, since last September, in addition to other leaders.
