The forces of the First Military Region revealed on Saturday the thwarting of a bombing attempt in Wadi Hadramaut after finding two explosive devices planted in the Jathma area of ​​Seiyun District, in an incident that it said aimed to undermine stability and target the deployment sites of government forces in the region. The media statement of the military region explained that the engineering units intervened urgently upon receiving intelligence information indicating the presence of explosives, as the specialized teams began securing the site and disabling the two devices in accordance with the safety standards followed, without any human or material losses. The First Military Region affirmed that attempts to destabilize security in Wadi Hadramaut "will not succeed in the face of the level of readiness and security vigilance," stressing that these actions target safe areas and seek to spread chaos and disturb public tranquility, but the proactive movements of the forces prevented any potential threat.
