Yemen: Al-Muharrami discusses with the Governor of Hadramout the priorities of security and stability in the governorate.

Presidential Leadership Council member Abdulrahman Al-Muharrami met today, Saturday, in Aden, with the new Governor of Hadramout, Salem Al-Khanbashi, to discuss the latest developments in the governorate and ways to enhance stability there. In the meeting, Al-Muharrami affirmed that the current stage requires a responsible and capable administrative presence to unify institutional efforts, expressing his confidence that the governor will contribute to consolidating the pillars of security and stability and achieving a tangible improvement in the level of services in the coming period. The meeting witnessed a review of the most prominent challenges facing Hadramout Governorate, where Al-Muharrami stressed the need to calm the situation and prioritize the interests of the governorate above any other considerations, pointing to its historical and cultural status, its strategic depth, and the role of its people and tribes in strengthening the stability of the state. For his part, Governor Salem Al-Khanbashi expressed his appreciation for the support provided by Al-Muharrami to the efforts of the local authority, affirming his commitment to working in a spirit of teamwork and proceeding with the implementation of the urgent priorities required by the sensitive stage that Hadramout is going through.
