Yemen: Presidential decree appointing a governor for Hadramout Governorate

Today, Republican Decree No. (45) of 2025 was issued pursuant to the Constitution and the Law, the references of the transitional phase, and after the approval of the Presidential Leadership Council, stipulating the appointment of Brother/ Salem Ahmed Saeed Al-Khanbashi as Governor of Hadramout Governorate. Article Two of the decree stipulated that it shall be effective from the date of its issuance and publication in the Official Gazette.
