Yemen: A number of presidential decrees were issued today with new appointments in state institutions.

Today, Republican Decree No. (29) of 2025 was issued, appointing Salah Abdullah Ahmed Al-Aql as Deputy Minister of Information, Culture, and Tourism. Republican Decree No. (30) of 2025 was also issued, appointing Mohammed Nasser Abadi Abdul-Qawi as Chairman of the General Authority for Lands, Survey, and Urban Planning. The Chairman of the Presidential Leadership Council, Supreme Commander of the Armed Forces, also issued Decree No. (284) of 2025, appointing Major General Mohammed Musleh Hamid Ayda as Chairman of the Central Organization for National Security, and Decree No. (285) of 2025, appointing Brigadier General Faisal Badr Mohammed Bajari as Deputy Chairman of the same organization, with his promotion to the rank of Major General.
