Yemen: Al-Dhale'e hands over a prominent suspect in the assassination of a UN official in Taiz.

Arab Sea - Reports: The Al Dhale'e Governorate Police handed over one of the main suspects in the assassination case of Muayyad Humaidi Nasser, the former director of the United Nations office in Taiz, to the security services in Taiz Governorate, after intensive security and intelligence coordination. The Security Media Center of the Ministry of Interior stated that the accused, 37 years old, was arrested in a qualitative operation successfully carried out in cooperation between the police of Al Dhale'e and Taiz, after months of investigation and follow-up. The Taiz police confirmed that they had referred the accused to the Public Prosecution to complete the investigations, with the aim of uncovering the full circumstances of the crime, and to find out whether there are parties or a wider network behind it that contributed to the planning or execution.
