Arabian Sea - Yemen - Follow-ups: The King Salman Humanitarian Aid and Relief Centre's "MASAM" project for clearing Yemeni lands of mines extracted 1,103 mines planted by the Iranian regime-backed Houthi terrorist militias in various governorates during the second week of September. The center explained in a statement that the mines removed included 4 anti-personnel mines, 51 anti-tank mines, 1,047 unexploded ordnance, and 1 improvised explosive device, bringing the number of mines removed during September to 1,870. The total number of mines removed since the beginning of the "MASAM" project has reached (514,193) mines, after being planted randomly in various Yemeni lands to claim the lives of innocent children, women, and the elderly, and to sow fear in the hearts of the safe. The Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, through its humanitarian arm, the King Salman Relief Center, continues its efforts to clear Yemeni lands of mines, as part of a project that enhances the safety of civilians and contributes to enabling Yemenis to live a decent and safe life.
