Arab Sea - Follow-ups: A massive fire broke out this morning, Saturday, in a bakery east of Taiz city, southwest Yemen. The fire engulfed the "Retaj Al-Hadith" bakery in Al-Houban roundabout, causing severe damage to the bakery. Local sources said that the fire was caused by an electrical short circuit in the bakery, while other sources attributed it to the spread of fire from the bakery to flammable materials that were stored next to the oven. No casualties have been recorded as a result of the fire so far, and it has also spread to neighboring shops and stalls located in front of the bakery, causing varying degrees of damage. Civil defense teams managed to control the fire before it spread to the adjacent market.
