**Arab Sea - Reports:** Iranian Foreign Minister Abbas Araqchi affirmed on Monday that his visit to the Qatari capital, Doha, carries a clear message of solidarity from the Iranian people, stating that Tehran stands with Qatar and all Islamic countries in confronting Israeli practices that threaten the security and stability of the region. Araqchi wrote in a post on his official "X" platform account: "I came to Doha with a clear message from the Iranian people that Iran stands with Qatar and all Muslim brothers and sisters against the scourge that terrorizes the region." The minister attached to his post a picture of him with the Qatari Prime Minister, Sheikh Mohammed bin Abdul Rahman bin Jassim Al Thani, during their meeting in Doha. Araqchi's visit comes in the context of the emergency Arab-Islamic summit hosted by Doha, following the Israeli attack on the Qatari capital last week, which resulted in the death of a number of Hamas leaders residing in Qatar. This attack has been described as an "unprecedented assault" on a Gulf state allied with the United States. A number of Arab and Muslim leaders are participating in the summit, amid calls to unify the position towards the accelerating Israeli escalation, amid warnings that the continuation of this escalation may lead to the outbreak of wider regional tensions that hinder efforts to cease fire in the Gaza Strip.
