**Arabian Sea_Reuters:** The Hebrew newspaper "Haaretz" hinted today, Sunday, that US President Donald Trump's real estate dream in the Gaza Strip may have vanished after the Israeli strike on Qatar, summarizing the current situation with the phrase "Goodbye Gaza Riviera." The newspaper indicated in a report that Arab countries are continuing their intensive diplomatic efforts in the face of US President Trump, who they believe possesses the sole influence capable of ending the Israeli war and preventing the occupation of Gaza City. The newspaper said that "Nevertheless, while Arab countries have so far been able to achieve a significant diplomatic accomplishment, as their pressure has dispelled the idea of displacing the population and establishing a 'Gaza Riviera,' as Trump envisions it, Israel's attack on Qatar was a different story." The newspaper attributed this to the repercussions of the Israeli strike witnessed in Doha and its impact on the future of relations, stressing that "Qatar is not Syria, Lebanon, Iraq, or Iran, whose skies have always been an open fire zone for military operations launched by Tel Aviv, Washington, Russia, and Turkey," noting that "Qatar, by definition, is a major non-NATO ally of the United States." It is worth mentioning that the plan, which comes in 83 pages, was prepared by the "Boston" consulting firm, and is worth 100 billion US dollars, includes all the basic components of a new city. This includes luxury development projects on the waterfront dedicated to the global elite. The plan envisions residential complexes owned by global real estate developers. It is worth noting that the ceasefire negotiations in the Gaza Strip have been dealt a severe blow by the Israeli attack "Summit of Fire" on the Qatari capital, Doha, which is the main mediator in the negotiations with the Palestinian "Hamas" movement. Israel, by decision of its Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu, targeted a supposed meeting of Hamas leaders in one of the movement's offices in Doha, but the targeted leaders survived the air raid while others were killed.
