Pages on social media, supportive of the Port Sudan forces and allied militias, circulated a video showing a Sudanese girl with her hands and feet tied and hanging from a tree. The statement described the scene as modified and fabricated media to distort its image and falsely accuse it of committing torture crimes, stressing that the accusations have nothing to do with its morals. It pointed out that the circulation of such lies reflects the confusion and degradation of the opposing regime and its media arms. The statement affirmed that the Sudanese masses will not be deceived by these campaigns, and that it is continuing its efforts to confront the corrupt gangs and rebuild the Sudanese state on just foundations.
