Arabian Sea - Yemen - Follow-ups: The Al-Saeed district in Shabwa Governorate witnessed yesterday moderate to heavy rainfall that included various areas of the district, leading to large floods that inundated valleys and agricultural lands. According to the Civil Defense, the floods resulted in the sweeping away of two vehicles, the first a "Voxy" bus belonging to citizen (A.A.S.B. - 40 years old) from Al-Saeed, which suffered severe damage that led to its complete destruction. The second vehicle is a gray "Voxy" bus belonging to citizen (A.N.D. - 55 years old) from Al-Saeed district, a retired military man, which also suffered significant damage due to the floods. The Civil Defense indicated that the reason is due to negligence and failure to take the necessary precautions during rainfall, noting that the two vehicles were recovered after the water level decreased without recording any human losses.
