Arab Sea - Reports: Today, Colonel Jarallah al-Qarda'i, head of the investigations department in Mocha, launched a campaign of arrests targeting a number of shop and grocery store owners. According to sources, this campaign aims to force merchants to replace old surveillance cameras with new and modern ones. This measure comes at a time when Colonel Al-Qarda'i had previously obligated merchants to install surveillance cameras, raising questions about the motives for this new campaign, especially since the arrested merchants were detained in the Mocha security administration.
