Yemen: Skills Development Fund Launches 21 Training Programs in Aden

Arabian Sea - Yemen - Follow-ups: The Skills Development Fund in the interim capital, Aden, launched the training course program for the year 2025, funded and supervised by the Fund, in partnership with technical education institutes and private training centers in the liberated governorates. The program includes 21 vocational and technical courses in various fields, most notably: cybersecurity, electricity, mechanics, computer science, and mobile phone maintenance, and targets more than 2,600 young men and women, graduates and job seekers in six governorates: Aden, Lahj, Abyan, Shabwa, Al Dhale'e, and Marib. According to the Fund's management, the programs aim to empower young people and equip them with practical skills that meet the requirements of the local and regional labor market, and enhance employment opportunities for young people.
