Arabian Sea - Yemen - Follow-ups: Two children were killed and their grandmother was seriously injured on Saturday as a result of the explosion of a projectile left over by the Houthi group in the Ras al-Ara area of Al-Mudharabah District, Lahj Governorate. Local sources said that the two children, one four years old and the other two and a half years old, found a projectile of the type (caliber 23) in one of the mountains near their village "Amrazna", and brought it to the house, where it exploded while they were tampering with it. The explosion resulted in the immediate death of the two children, while their grandmother was seriously injured and taken to a hospital in Aden in critical condition. This tragedy is added to a series of crimes and violations committed by the Houthi group against civilians, as the remnants of war and mines continue to claim the lives of innocent people, especially in the contact areas of Lahj Governorate, amid continued international silence regarding these violations.
