Arabian Sea - Yemen - Follow-ups: The "Shereka" program for women's leadership for female judges in the Middle East and North Africa concluded in the Jordanian capital, Amman. The program is implemented by the International Legal Cooperation Center, with the support of the Enterprise Agency of the Dutch Ministry of Foreign Affairs, in cooperation with the Ministries of Justice in Yemen and Jordan. The six-day program aimed to provide 8 Yemeni and 7 Jordanian female judges with negotiation and collective decision-making skills, confront complex challenges in changing judicial environments, improve the performance of female judges in law enforcement, enhance public confidence in the justice system, and empower them to bring about positive and sustainable change in their societies. During the program, 15 Jordanian and Yemeni female judges carried out practical and theoretical training on women's leadership, skills, and strategies for managing difficult situations facing the judicial system at various times from the perspective of flexible judicial leadership.
