Arabian Sea - Yemen - Follow-ups: Local sources in Shabwa Governorate reported that tribal gunmen kidnapped Ezz Al-Din Al-Hakimi, the former Deputy General Manager of the Austrian company OMV and its current representative in handover arrangements with the Ministry of Oil, near the Ayadh area in Jardan District, according to "Al-Masdar Online." The sources added that the incident coincided with the arrival of a ministerial committee headed by the Minister of Oil to sector S2 to oversee the handover procedures, following a previous announcement by the ministry last June about the start of the handover after the foreign company's withdrawal from Yemen at the beginning of this year.
