The Riyadh Chamber has launched its digital platform "Tumooh," designed to support individuals, businesses, and training providers alike, with the aim of developing human capital, aligning training outputs with labor market requirements, and contributing to the achievement of the Kingdom's Vision 2030 goals by raising the efficiency and development of human resources. The Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Riyadh Chamber, Engineer Abdullah Al-Obaikan, explained that the launch of the "Tumooh" platform comes within the framework of the Chamber's keenness to support the national development process by providing an advanced training environment that keeps pace with the latest global practices, while supporting private training centers and empowering them through this platform as a link that enhances the integration of efforts in the training sector. The platform is characterized by a set of modern technical features, including: diverse and flexible training programs that cover the needs of various sectors, professional assessment and analysis tools before and after training, support for various training methods (in-person, virtual, and blended), and accredited electronic certificates, in addition to providing advanced tools for preparing integrated training plans for businesses with the ability to monitor performance and evaluate the impact of training programs, according to "WAS." The platform allows local and international training providers to offer their training programs through a unified portal, which enhances the diversity and quality of available training content and meets market requirements more efficiently and flexibly. It is worth mentioning that the "Tumooh" platform relies on an advanced technical infrastructure and complies with internationally approved quality and governance standards, as it has obtained several international accreditations, which embodies the Chamber's commitment to the highest standards of quality and reliability in providing training services.
