Qatar hosts the first Arab cyber exercise to enhance joint digital security.

The activities of the first Arab cyber exercise kicked off today in the State of Qatar, as part of the twelfth edition of the National Cyber Maneuver organized by the National Cyber Security Agency, with broad participation from Arab countries. The exercise involves 21 Arab countries, in addition to the General Secretariat of the Council of Arab Ministers of Cybersecurity, under the slogan "Cross-Border Attacks," in an initiative aimed at strengthening regional cooperation and exchanging experiences in facing increasing digital challenges. The exercise constitutes a platform for developing cyber readiness and enhancing collective action among Arab countries, ensuring the protection of vital digital infrastructure, and promoting digital security and stability in the region. This step comes within a joint Arab strategic direction to strengthen the cybersecurity system and unify efforts to confront cross-border digital threats, reflecting the importance of regional cooperation in protecting digital interests and maintaining national and regional security.
