China launched a Lijian-1 Y9 carrier rocket on Sunday, carrying two experimental technology satellites. According to the Chinese news agency Xinhua, the rocket was launched at 11:32 a.m. (Beijing time) from the Dongfeng experimental zone for commercial space innovation, near the Jiuquan Satellite Launch Center in northwestern China, noting that the rocket successfully sent the two satellites to their designated orbit.
