A new book chronicles the final hours in the life of Ali Abdullah Saleh.

Recently published by the writer, journalist, member of the Shura Council, and head of the Nu'man Cultural Forum, Lutfi Fouad Nu'man, is a book entitled "Ali Abdullah Saleh... The Uprising: Farewell, December 2-4, 2017," coinciding with the eighth anniversary of the assassination of the former Yemeni president at the hands of his Houthi allies. The book, which is considered a unique documentary publication, reviews in detail the last scenes of Saleh's life, and collects the messages, appeals, and testaments he addressed to his supporters and all Yemenis in his last two speeches, in addition to the political messages he sent to Yemeni and regional parties. The author also sheds light on the complex circumstances that preceded those dramatic events, and how the rapid transformations contributed to drawing a pivotal end for the late president, to form one of the most important milestones in the course of the contemporary Yemeni conflict.
