**((Arab Sea)) Follow-ups:** United Airlines grounded its mainline flights at several major U.S. airports — including Newark Airport, known for its frequent problems — for several hours on Wednesday due to a temporary technical glitch, and warned of ongoing delays even after the ground stop was lifted. The U.S. Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) issued an order on Thursday to halt several United Airlines flights across the United States for technical reasons. Hours after the grounding decision, United Airlines said in a statement: "Due to a technical issue, we have grounded United's mainline flights at its departure airports." The statement added: "We expect additional flight delays this evening as we work to resolve this issue (...) Safety is our top priority, and we will work with our customers to get them to their destinations." The decision included several major airports, including Newark Liberty International Airport in New Jersey, San Francisco, O'Hare International Airport in Chicago, Denver, and Houston.
