**((Arabian Sea)) Agencies:** Iranian authorities announced on Wednesday the execution of a person convicted of spying for Israel and providing it with information about a nuclear scientist who was assassinated during the recent war between the two countries last June. The "Mizan Online" website, affiliated with the Iranian judiciary, reported that a man named Rouzbeh Wadi was executed after the completion of judicial procedures and the Supreme Court's ratification of the verdict issued against him. The website explained that Wadi was convicted of leaking intelligence "about an Iranian nuclear scientist who was assassinated during the recent Zionist aggression," referring to the twelve-day war that broke out between Iran and Israel in June 2025. The Iranian authorities did not disclose additional details regarding the identity of the targeted scientist or the nature of the information that was transmitted, but the case comes in the context of escalating security tensions between Tehran and Tel Aviv, which have witnessed direct and unprecedented confrontations between the two sides in recent months.
