Arab Sea - Follow-ups: Three people were killed and ten others, including three children, were injured in a Russian missile attack that targeted the city of Balakliia in eastern Ukraine, according to local officials on Monday. Oleh Syniehubov, the governor of the Kharkiv region, stated via Telegram that the attack, which occurred during the night, caused significant damage to multi-story residential buildings and destroyed dozens of cars in the city center. Photos published by regional authorities showed damage to the exterior facade of a building, with shattered windows and a fire breaking out on the top floor, in addition to debris and broken tree branches scattered in the area. For his part, Vitaly Karabanov, head of the Balakliia military administration, stated that nine of the injured were taken to the hospital for treatment. No official response has been issued by the Russian side so far, and Reuters has not been able to verify the accuracy of this news from independent sources. It is noteworthy that Russia continues to launch missile and drone attacks on the city of Kharkiv, the second largest city in Ukraine, causing damage to infrastructure, homes, and power outages.
