**Arab Sea - Follow-ups:** The U.S. Coast Guard announced that four people died and four others were injured after a boat, suspected of being used to smuggle migrants, capsized off Imperial Beach in San Diego due to high waves late yesterday evening. The statement added that rescue teams found one survivor trapped under the boat, while three others were pulled from the water but later died. Four injured people were also taken to the hospital, while the search continues for possible missing persons. The Coast Guard indicated that the boat was a "panga" type, commonly used in smuggling operations from Mexico to California, and was carrying people, some of whom are believed to be from Mexico, while the identities of others have not yet been determined. The Homeland Security Investigations Administration has opened an investigation into the incident.
