The joint operation lasted from September 1 to 5. The operation aims to reduce the availability of drugs throughout Australia, according to a joint statement by local and federal authorities. It is noteworthy that the New Zealand police also participated in the operation. 2,522 charges were filed against 1,246 people across the country.
