**Arabian Sea_Reuters** Oleh Kiper, the governor of Ukraine's Odesa region, said that a Russian drone attack overnight damaged an electricity facility near the southern city of Odesa, cutting power to more than 29,000 customers on Sunday morning. Kiper posted on Telegram that the most affected area was the city of Chornomorsk on the outskirts of Odesa, where the attack also caused damage to residential homes and administrative buildings. "Critical infrastructure is operating on generators," Kiper added. He added that one person was injured as a result of the attack. Reuters notes that it has not been able to independently verify these reports. There has been no comment yet from Russia, which has been continuously striking critical infrastructure in Ukraine throughout the 42-month war that Moscow started with a full-scale invasion of Ukraine.
